My first love – the transparency, the flow of colors on a wet piece of paper. Later I added collage to
my work and created a looser style with more texture.

I’m fascinated by certain scenes, such as water over rock, open fields with farms houses or small villages far back, and tress – especially in the Fall.

Flowers make such wonderful subjects for watercolor. But I do enjoy setting up a still life with a vase of flowers and seeing if I can translate the freshness onto paper.
